We build Project Teams specific to projects, right from the tendering stage through to execution, evaluation and close out.  The team members have complementary backgrounds and skills, sharing common goals for delivering the project and exercising concerted physical and mental effort in assessing, planning, or evaluating performance.

For environmental projects in particular, multi-disciplinary experts covering the area of discipline required by a project is necessary. Therefore, we maintain a database of Experts in wide range of discipline, who are located in diverse places across the country. These include Engineers, Ecologists, Chemists, Geologists, Pedologists/Soil Scientists, Sociologists, Urban Planners, Community Health Experts, Water and Sanitation, etc.

Furthermore, majority of our team members for environmental projects either come from the project area, or live around the project area or is very knowledgeable about the area. This will give the team a head start with the project because of their local environmental knowledge, understanding the peoples' culture, tradition and way of life.

All the processes and activities of EEMS Limited are certified to the NIS ISO 9001:2008 Standard. This has been helping us in a better way to define objectives of each project team, break down work to specific tasks, assigning responsibilities and authorities, as well as clearly establishing metrics to monitor progress and measure performance.
