She currently serves as the Admin & Finance Manager at Engineering and Environmental Management Services Limited (EEMS).
With a strong foundation in Accounting (HND, Benue State Polytechnic; ND, Federal Polytechnic Bida) and ongoing studies toward the Certified National Accountant (CNA) qualification, Justina blends technical, regulatory, and financial expertise to support operational and organizational excellence.
She has led and supported QMS implementation and ISO certification projects for prominent clients such as Ashaka Cement, NOCACO, and NIPRD, handling audit planning, compliance reviews, certification readiness, and internal auditor training. She has played a key role in multiple transitions from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015, contributing to significant improvements in quality performance and regulatory alignment.
Justina also holds GHSE Levels 1, 2, and 3 certifications, reinforcing her ability to embed safety and environmental standards within quality systems. Known for her analytical mindset and clear communication, she excels at identifying process gaps, implementing corrective actions, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
